At Fur Seasons Mobile Dog Grooming, all grooming services are final once completed. We do not offer refunds for grooming services, as time, effort, and resources are used to provide a high quality grooming experience for your pet.

However if you are unsatisfied with your pet's groom, please notify within 24 hours of your appointment. We may offer a correction at our discretion, depending on the situation.
